The stakes are high and we know it! That’s why we’re pivoting from our regular #TakeAction posts and laser-focusing on elections through November. There will be only one post each week on Monday with information that will help all of us maintain our actions to win every seat in this election.
What’s Happening in the 5th LD Race?
We have a situation in the 5th LD that could hand the race to the Republicans. Three Democrats and two Republicans are competing in the primary. If the three Dems split the Dem voters, the two Republicans will win and move to the election. A terrible loss for us.
Our Indivisible chapter does not endorse candidates or suggest which candidate receives your vote. However, we are intent on maintaining this seat. Below you’ll find links to the endorsements for each candidate to help you make your voting decision and encourage you to volunteer and support the candidate you believe will best serve the 5th.
